We are purpose-driven, performance-oriented and principles-led. **The Day-to-Day**: - Calendar management: keeping executives’ calendars up to date, adding and rescheduling appointments as required, and providing briefings and reminders - Assist with developing, drafting, editing, and formatting various documents (letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations) - Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events for Executive Team - Maintains confidential information for the business, team and leadership and ensures information is handled appropriately - Foster relationships with Managers, team members and vendors - Identify new methods and techniques to drive efficiency and obtain the best results - Proven years of previous experience providing support to multiple senior executives - Confident character to liaise with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally - Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency - Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality - Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise tact, sound judgment and prioritization. - **Ready for a role where no two days will look the same If you thrive when given autonomy and enjoy working with a variety of personalities, you will excel in this role.**_ Based in Langley, BC, take the next step in your Executive Assistant career - **Be Awesome, Show Love, Have Fun, Own it **_ **Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Paid time off - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: One location
