**About the Position**

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and organized individual to join our team. This position requires strong leadership and organization skills to effectively manage the clinic’s logistics and administration.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Patient intake and release
- Phone management
- Organization of scheduled appointments
- Independent completion of administrative projects as directed
- Accurate billing to insurance carriers and organization of secondary claims when necessary
- Following up with patients to confirm appointments and check status following major procedures

This position requires the right balance of technical experience, transferable skills, and a positive attitude to be successful. As a healthcare administrator, you must:

- Have a pleasant disposition and excellent telephone skills

- Be able to problem solve independently and utilize available resources

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
