**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for start-up, picking up formulas, and reviewing the mixing schedule
- Leave the work area in good condition during and at the end of the shift
- Ensure ingredients are accurately scaled and put in the mixer
- Monitor mixer system
- Ensure doughs are finished by the assigned times
- Follow procedures and mixing standards
- Keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the shift
- Assist in other positions/departments when needed
- Ensure all variances to formulas are noted and reported to the Lead hand/Supervisor
- Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual
- Adhere to GMPs, food safety practices, and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
- Perform all other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Be trained in the operation of the electric pump truck
- Experience with GMP and safety awareness
- Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
