We are seeking a **highly organized and detail-oriented Shop Administrator** to join our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of shop operations — managing everything from purchase and work orders to inventory and communications between departments.

**What You'll Do**
- Source and order parts and consumables
- Create, receive, and track **purchase orders (POs)**:
- Audit pricing and monitor inventory levels
- Receive and maintain organization of inventory of **parts room**:
- Maintain and update **work orders** and **maintenance logs**:
- Provide mechanics with **equipment updates** and **schedules**:
- Support with **month-end reporting**, PO trackers, and admin tasks
- Assist with **quarterly inventory audits** and **equipment inspection reports**:
**What You Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in an **administrative role**, within a **mechanics** **shop or trucking environment**:
- Strong organizational skills and **attention to detail**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with **Axon** or similar shop management software (an asset)
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
- Basic understanding of **truck maintenance** and **parts ordering**:
- Valid Class 5 drivers license a strong asset
- Reliable vehicle
- Willing to learn and adapt to changing priorities
