Edmonton, Canada All Service Truck Upfitters Full time

All Service Truck Upfitters is currently hiring a part time Administrative Assistant.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- Processing invoices to Customers.- **Accounts Payable**:

- Reviewing payables ensuring accuracy within the accounting system.
- Reviewing Accounts Payable report weekly to ensure timely payments

**Payroll**:

- Assist in responding to questions on payroll hours/payments to ensure accuracy of payroll
- Collect new hire paperwork

**Experience**:

- Preference given to those with experience in a vehicle repair shop or similar environment.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an accounts receivable/payable/payroll position or office management role
- Preference given to those with experience in a vehicle repair shop or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience with Quickbooks and accounting software and system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.50-$33.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
