Muskoka Chrysler is hiring a Parts Manager, with almost 40 years in the automotive industry we strive to providing excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual who is an enthusiastic team player.

Duties will include
- Providing customers service at the counter and on the phone.
- Assisting the Techs at the back counter
- Prepare and manage an annual operating budget for the Parts Department, and is accountable for the overall profitability of the department.
- Responsible for forecasting, inventory control, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, displaying, security, and advertising for the Parts Department.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure the availability of parts.
- Ensure accurate costing and crediting for all received and returned parts.
- Maintain parts inventory by coordinating with the manufacturer on required parts, creating effective procedures to monitor both parts inventory and data input into the computer system.
- Oversee and/or perform parts inventory counts.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 Years of Management Experience
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Maintains professional communication with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
