- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of parts
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track inventory and order fulfillment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to customers over the phone
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Proficient in using computerized systems for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis purposes
- Cashiering experience is a plus
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
