**Job Summary**
If you have a passion for food and beverage and want to develop your skills this is the right job for you.
Duties in all roles include but are not limited to:
- Taking reservations and checking bookings.
- Preparing and organizing the seating plan for the evening.
- Welcoming and seating guests.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining menus.
- Assisting servers in performing a flawless service.
- Performing opening and closing duties for your position.
- Adhering to service standards and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Previous experience in a fine dining environment is an asset
