**About the job**:
Our projects focus on new residential developments, commercial tilt-ups, commercial TI but are not limited to these.

**Our projects are located in but not limited to**:

- Langley
- Chilliwack
- Burnaby
- Surrey
- Abbotsford
- Fort Langley

Own vehicle is an asset as some of the projects we work on are not easily accessible by transit.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of standards.
- Have effective time management skills.
- Be able to work directly with customers.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to train apprentices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Strong work ethic (punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and ability to work independently).
- Organize materials and equipment required for project.
- Maintain safe working practices and conditions.

**Applicants should have experience with**:

- Leading teams of 2-10 throughout the rough in and finishing process.
- Journeyman Ticket is required.
- Reading blueprints and specifications.
- Communicating clearly and directly with other employees as well as other contractors.
- Multi-tasking.
