**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential sales leads.
- Utilize Salesforce for account management and tracking sales activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer service.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the technology sector is advantageous.
