**Job Summary**

We're looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our busy, growing team If you love dealing with the public, have great customer service skills, and are looking to join the Stony Plain Chrysler family where we treat our customers and employees like family, then we want you This is a full-time position, hours are 7:30-5 three days a week, 7:30-6 two days a week and 8 to 3 every third Saturday.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist customers with vehicle service requests
- Act as a go-between for mechanics and customers
- Answer telephone calls and provide customer service to incoming service calls
- Conduct follow-up with service customers to determine quality of their recent visits and encourage service customers to leave positive Google and Facebook reviews
- Accept and process payment from customers
- Take note of any negative feedback or issues and report to Service Manager for resolution
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Customer oriented
- Computer savvy
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma
- Must be self-motivated
- Stellantis (Chrysler/FCA) training an asset
- Experience in as service advisor in auto industry
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and time management skills

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stony Plain, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
