Calgary, Canada NW Chiropractic and Massage Full time

Our office is seeking a part-time office receptionist.

The reception supports clinic practitioners on bookings, patient flow, client service matters and operations. Exceptional organization and communication are essential.

**Working Hours: variable between Monday to Friday. (To be discussed)**

**Responsibilities and Activities**
- In charge of the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Greeting patients
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Processing payments - Point of sale transaction terminal for accepting cash, credit and debit payments
- Keeping the clinic clean with general cleaning duties
- Greets and check patients in and out
- Process patient payments and 3rd Party submissions
- Coordinates all reception services effectively and maintain a current and open communication line between reception staff to ensure continuity of day to day operations and patient/practitioner needs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
