**Experienced Patient Care Co-Ordinator / Cosmetic Receptionist**

Beacon Dermatology is located in a new state-of-the-art building, centered around the concept of light. We are a centre of excellence for medical and cosmetic procedures. We value a positive work culture in which each person’s personal aptitudes and interests are fostered.

We are looking for a dynamic, personable and goal orientated Cosmetic Receptionist to join our amazing team.
- Have a strong interest in the field of dermatology or plastic surgery
- Experience using an EMR. We use HealthQuest
- Role is primarily selling medical grade skincare, checking in patients and rebooking patients, intake/consent forms, answering patient questions over the phone and in person, monthly inventory, data entry.
- Be a team player, have exceptional customer service, communication and phone skills.
- Have a positive, outgoing personality
- Be solution orientated
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy dermatology or plastic surgery office
- Be able to work Monday through Friday. Starting as early as 7:30 am. There will be evenings and weekend work for training and clinic events.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
