Many of these parks also offer natural and cultural heritage education programs. **Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park** is located beside the village of Kakabeka, 30 km west of the City of Thunder Bay which boasts the 40 metre high Kakabeka Falls. Refer to the "How to apply" section if you require a disability-related accommodation. **What can I expect to do in this role?**: In this role, you will: - Provide leadership and supervision to a team within this cluster of parks as you deliver the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks's mandate of ecological sustainability. - Plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate park operations. - Plan, prepare and administer a program budget. - Provide leadership on human resources activities (e.g. selection, training and evaluation of staff, assigning work schedules, managing performance, etc.). - Provide leadership in the delivery of quality customer service to park guests. - Assist with the maintenance and operation of the drinking water and wastewater operations according to appropriate legislation, policies and procedures.
