**Requirements**:

- Must have availability to work days, weekends, and evenings
- Experience in Commercial Construction, experience with Interior T.I.s is an asset
- Experience as a Supervisor with a General Contractor, working on projects between $1-3 million
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Displays ability to work in a team environment
- Experience promoting a strong safety culture and following HSE policies and procedures, with the ability to conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Meetings, Site Specific Safety Orientations and Safety Reporting
- Own transportation, valid driver's license with satisfactory driver's abstract
- Have current tickets for skidsteer, telescopic forklift, certified NSCO or level II first aid would be an assest.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, push/pull, bend and crouch frequently
