**The Role**:
As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, some of your primary responsibilities include:

- Process a high volume of invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data for multiple properties
- Lead the accounts payable process by ensuring that all bill payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Communicate with our suppliers in an effort to manage discrepancies between supplier invoices and company issued purchase orders
- Build positive vendor and customer relationships, and maintain up to date contact information
- Receive and verify expense reports; reconcile expenses and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
- Process vendor payments

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- 3+ years experience in an accounts payable role
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
- Previous experience with ERP Systems is an asset
- Aptitude for technology, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite & related programs
- Methodical mindset, ability to approach tasks with precision & careful logic
- High level attention to detail & strong time management
- Ability to focus & meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Desire to solve problems & search for missing puzzle pieces
- Instinctual need to find ways to stay productive & boost efficiencies
