**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Sales Support (50%)_
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for agents.
- Manage inbound inquiries, converting them into qualified leads for follow-up.
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing timely communication and support.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure organized and accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoffs and follow-ups.
- Administrative Support_
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to agents and the brokerage team.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and distributing documents, agreements, and reports.
- Create visually appealing packages, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support agents.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales support, office administration, or a related role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Canva with the ability to design professional and engaging materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or willingness to learn.
