Medical Clinic Manager

**About us**:
yYoung Medical Clinic is focused on patient centered wellness and works in collaboration with our integrated pharmacy.

In your role, you will be reporting to the Doctor/s and Medical Director, as well as working cooperatively with other staff.

**Some key responsibilities include**:

- Scheduling, payroll
- Main point of contact between MOA and Doctors
- Performance reviews, assisting with staff recruitment
- Coordinating staff orientation and training
- Managing operations of clinic
- Front desk reception, which includes greeting patients, scheduling and coordinating appointments (our clinic uses InputHealth)
- Registering patients and guiding them to the exam rooms
- Accurately billing and collecting payment for services
- Providing exceptional service in a timely manner
- Maintaining inventory of exam room, ordering and receiving
- Performing other duties as necessary to support all members of our team

**Abilities**:

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits a professional image, mature communication style, and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to work proactively as a member of a dynamic team
- Adaptable, fast learner, ability to take constructive criticism and implement changes
- Proficient computer/data/entry skills

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certificate from a Medical Office Assistant/Administrator program
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Lead MOA or Clinic Manager is **mandatory**

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
