**A day in the life of an audit, administrative assistant**

You will be responsible for supporting the department administrative activities:

- Writing engagement letters;
- Reviewing and finalizing various documents;
- Opening and maintaining clients files;
- Generating reports;
- Managing expense accounts;
- Involvement in the billing process;
- Involvement in the management for internal training;
- Coordinating communications; and
- Any other related tasks.

**Your qualifications**
- Strong writing skills, bilingual with and advance level of French;
- Two years of relevant experience in a corporate environment;
- Post-secondary diploma and/or secretarial diploma an asset (training available);
- A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; and
- Availability to work additional hours during peak periods.
