**Position**: Promoter

**Reports to**: VIP Manager, Senior Management

**Overview**:
Expectation that 10-30 non-established guests visit the club to see you every week. An initial goal of 1 table booking per week prior to being established. Compensation is provided as a commission for guestlist returns, bonuses, and commissions on table sales.

$2 per free cover
$6 per paid cover
10% of booked table sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Be polite and courteous to our guests. Maintain a positive reputation in hospitality.
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Always promote and purvey the Cabana brand in a positive manner.
- Generate cover charges from guests and have returning VIP guests.
- Book table service in advance. Word of mouth and personal contacts are most advantageous for commission generation.
- Develop a self-driven marketing plan that aligns with Cabana’s brand and values.
- Be incredibly active on Instagram, and moderately active on another platform.
- Assist in organizing events and other promotions activities.
- Contribute ideas to social media and other marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest in nightlife or club trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent social and people skills.
- Ability to think creatively, critically, and outside the box.
- Talent to negotiate effectively.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Skillset to multitask and prioritize.
- Great work ethic.
- Prior experience in nightlife an asset.
