**Internship in Strategy & General Management in Montreal, Canada and Miami, FL**

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

- Help design and refine corporate strategy
- Support company marketing, digital marketing, partnerships and sales
- Support business development
- Hire key resources
- Work with the CEO and VP to achieve business plan objectives and profitability as set forth in the operating plan and in the established financial goals
- Understand and implement procedures to maximize efficiencies
- Help with relationship management with partners
- Support employee’s development and training
- Help CEO and VP with legal, accounting and administrative follow-up
- Support team meetings
- Demonstrate leadership in employee development
- Manage accounting tasks such as billing and financial reconciliation
- Assist CEO and VP in completing required corporate reporting documentation, both financial and operational
- Communicate and model company standards and culture
- Develop and maintain organization to promote efficient operations
- Support day-to-day administrative activities including organizing and preparing team and client meetings: preparation and mailing of agendas, sending invites; communicating with and preparing for speakers, preparing presentations.

- US Citizen or Permanent Resident -- required
- Post secondary education
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Pleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating nature, energetic and enthusiastic
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, trustworthy, loyal
- Loves to learn, grow and contribute to others
- Self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability
- Interest in leadership, consulting, and IT

Full-time internship
1 month in Montreal, Canada
1 month in Miami, Florida
