- Confer with clients/users to identify, analyze and document requirements.
- Analyze information business systems to identify OFI.
- Create Story and write detail acceptance criteria.
- Create data mapping documents for integrations and able to do status reporting.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery.
- Conduct business and technical studies to design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions.
- Unit Testing and drive UAT
- **Good Knowledge in Service Now & CMDB Discovery**:

- **Good Communication and Writing Skill**:

- **Well-versed with documentation (MS office Suite)? Well-versed with Agile Methodology**
