Key Responsibility

- ServiceNow Business Analyst with excellent knowledge on ServiceNow application, and 5 plus years of Business Analysis experience in ServiceNow.

- Expected Business Domain Knowledge and Experience

- Minimum 8 plus years of experience working in a technology environment and 5 plus years of experience in ServiceNow platform as a Business Analyst.

- Excellent understanding of overall ServiceNow platform and its related applications.

- Good experience in using business analysis tools techniques to design and capture business requirements and change.

- Must have Strong engagement, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- A good speaker and influencer with demonstrable experience working in a highly collaborative environment, with focus towards delivering tangible business results

- Experience of working in a regulated environment with third party suppliers and vendors

- Nice to have capabilities

- Awareness of ITILv3 Framework

- Exposure to working in Agile, SAFe or DevOps environments
