**Key Job Elements**:

- Work with the Human Resources (HR) Leadership Team, HR Business Partners and cross-functionally within HR to collect, research and analyze HR data to generate and present meaningful business insights
- Understand human capital objectives and conducts research to produce reports with measurable purpose, providing observations, recommendations and solutions
- Automate and integrate HR processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency within HR
- Lead the administration of our HR systems
- Lead in the rollout and implementation of new HR systems
- Troubleshoot data and reports, and manage on-going performance and development of HR systems
- Develop, maintain, and enhance custom reports and dashboards for HR
- Develop, produce and deliver presentations
- Liaise with IT and global HR colleagues
- Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

**Required Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma
- Minimum 5+ years of business analytics and systems administration experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate business and HR requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with performing quantitative/statistical analysis and displaying the results as meaningful insights
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Power BI and other business intelligence reporting environments is required
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects with demanding timelines
- Ability to work with multiple sources of data and excellent attention to detail
