**We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent for our SW location. Previous lease up experience is preferred.**

**Tuesday - Saturdays, 10am - 6pm (9am-5pm Saturdays)**

Leston Holdings is a property management and development company with a growing portfolio of multi-family residential properties throughout Edmonton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise and generate interest in our Apartment Buildings by touring the property with prospects and answering all questions.
- Assist prospective tenants in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information
- Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
- Compile new tenant files (sign lease agreement, confirm all information is provided, verify tenant insurance and utility hook up
- Complete move-in inspections with approved applicants, assit with move-out inspections when needed.
- Stay informed and aware of rates, incentives and events promoted by competitors.

- Ability to Sell and Close

**Qualifications**:

- Property management or leasing agent experience **required**:

- Requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
