As new properties come online, we need talented individuals who can provide exceptional service, drive leasing activity, and help maintain high occupancy rates. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits of available units
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, schedule showings, and maintain excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Apply effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to secure new lease agreements and renewals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Accurately prepare and process lease applications, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Utilize Yardi (or similar property management software) to manage leasing activities and maintain records
  • Complete administrative duties including data entry, filing, and office support tasks
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless leasing operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Proven sales ability and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software (an asset)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in documentation
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday/Monday off)
