Scientific Customer Account Coordinator

We are currently looking for a **Scientific Customer Account Coordinator** to join our dynamic and growing team
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze all incoming requests, conduct a quick and efficient preliminary analysis of the inquiry and importance of the lead based on business sector and territory. Delegate high potential leads to the appropriate sales team and elevate to senior Management.
- Categorize the new inbound leads and identify opportunities for growth from incoming requests.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers and the support team to ensure all inbound customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner and according to company standards.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Communicate professionally with customers in the CRM when necessary
**Qualifications**:
- Business oriented with some bio/science background such as B.Sc. in Biology or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in Sales will be an asset
- Knowledge of CRM system (i.e: Hubspot) will be an asset
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Multitasking
- Good knowledge of English is essential, knowledge of French will be an asset.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un **Coordinateur de Comptes Clients Scientifiques** pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance
**Responsabilités**:
- Analyser toutes les demandes entrantes, effectuer une analyse préliminaire rapide et efficace de la demande et de l'importance de la piste en fonction du secteur d'activité et du territoire. Déléguer les prospects à fort potentiel à l'équipe de vente appropriée et les transmettre à la direction.
- Classer les nouveaux leads entrants et identifier les opportunités de croissance à partir des demandes entrantes.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les gestionnaires de comptes et l'équipe d'assistance pour s'assurer que toutes les demandes entrantes des clients sont traitées dans les délais impartis et conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
- Faire preuve d'excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps.
- Communiquer professionnellement avec les clients dans le CRM si nécessaire.
**Qualifications**:
- Orienté vers les affaires avec une formation en bio/sciences telle qu'un B.Sc. en biologie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans la vente est un atout.
- La connaissance d'un système de gestion de la relation client (i.e. Hubspot) est un atout.
- Souci du détail et esprit d'analyse avec des compétences proactives en matière de résolution de problèmes.
- Multitâche
- Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais est essentielle, la connaissance du français sera un atout.
