**Quality and Environmental Lead**

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality and Environmental Lead is responsible to ensure a fully compliant system for all locations within the customer centres (CC) and the distribution centres (DC) across Canada. This includes creating and evaluating the quality and the environmental programs, including the sustainability program in alignment with the global 2030 targets. The position reports to the National SHEQ Manager and is located in Lively, Ontario

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure that all aspects of the Quality and Environmental programs are identified, successfully implemented and maintained to support any regulatory requirements, the Epiroc Way, the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and customer specific requirements
- Assist with the creation of forms, procedures, presentations, graphs, etc. to support the deliverables within the National SHEQ organization
- Active member of the internal audit team

EXPERIENCE:

- Required to have 3-5 years of experience in quality management systems
- Experience within the ISO Standards - ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (especially internal and external audits).

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:

- Post secondary education
- Strong statistical and data analytics experience
- Internal Auditor certification
- Lean manufacturing skills (preferred)

INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent attendance

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to perform a gap analysis to determine areas of concern, then detail a plan to correct
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to develop strong relations with the Global SHEQ team
- Willing to travel if necessary (national and international); less that 30% of the time
- Ability to represent Epiroc in a professional and ethical manner
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
