**Job Scope**:The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Laboratory assistant**:

- Receive and prepare all fabric for testing.
- Create testing form and update testing tracking sheet.
- Proceed to testing based on each customer protocol.
- Analyze result under each customer protocol.
- Create testing report for each fabric/trim/HT.
- File each testing report once completed.
- Keep inventory of the lab consumable item.
- Make regular maintenance on testing machinery.

**Quality control**:

- Receive and inspect sample given by the coordinator.
- Examine products and materials for defects or deviations from manufacturer or industry specifications, from customers approval products.
- Ensure that the product is meeting all standards of the customers.
- Read and understand tech-pack.
- Monitor and observe all details that appear on TP to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the process or assembly in report.
- Communicate with quality coordinator for test if necessary, by wearing test or washing the products that being produced for additional verifications.
- Measure products with measuring tape, ruler, in cm or inches, depending of customers.
- Put garment on Dummy for vision inspection and take pictures for report.
- Communicate with quality coordinator for any reject finished items, products.
- When they find defects, QC notify Coordinator and fit technician and help to analyse and correct the production problems.
- Record the results of their inspections and prepare reports in Excel/PDF.
- Put away all sample in boxes, with the clear mention of styles on the box for an easy finding if needed.
