We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations and working closely with the finance team, management and executive teams this role is responsible for providing financial analysis to support decision -making and measurement of company performance against strategic priorities in a fast-paced and agile business environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Global consolidated budget development / forecasting
- Financial and operational management reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of benchmarks / Key Performance indicators
- Identify and analyze relevant trends in data and present results / recommendations to management
- Analysis of organizational impact on projects/investments
- Inventory review and monitoring

**Qualifications**
- University degree and recognized accounting designation
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Clear understanding of the principles of consolidating an international financial structure
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, nested if-statements, sumifs, etc)
- Experience with MS Dynamics AX and multi-language skills are an asset
