We are currently looking for a **Product Manager - Mobile Application** to join our team. This will be a **Hybrid** position (office located in North York, Ontario)
**Direct Report**: Head of Operational Delivery
**Job Purpose**
This is a brilliant and rewarding opportunity to join a fast-paced Product team that is creating new and interesting ways for our customers to engage online with our product offering.
**Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, customer support, legal, compliance, and technology, to prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Work with the internal insights team to conduct market research that identifies user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform key product decisions.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and create detailed product requirements based on customer feedback, business requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Manage app store submissions (App Store and Google Play), including new versions / builds.
- Champion user-centered design principles and work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and scrum meetings, to ensure timely and iterative delivery of product features.
- Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular updates on product progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing campaigns, user onboarding strategies, and post-launch support, to drive user adoption and meet business objectives.
- Monitor user feedback, track industry trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, including iOS and Android platforms, app stores, and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics to drive insights and optimize performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and player protection policies.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages may be a plus.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in a product management role
- Proven experience in developing a product strategy and effectively managing roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of strategy development, consumer insights, and process mapping
- Experience with software product development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (e.g., Scrum).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- iGaming experience is preferred.
**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
