**Your Role on our Team**:The Design Centre Receptionist is responsible for all receptionist and administrative duties to support the Design Centre team and provide an exceptional customer experience to all Minto purchasers.

**In this role, you will**:

- Greets homeowners and potential purchasers in the Design Centre;
- Schedules purchaser appointments with Design Consultants to achieve completion of selections prior to construction of homes;
- Maintains and updates schedules for Design Consultants including tracking and rescheduling appointments as required;
- Process payments for upgrades from home owners (debit, cheque, credit card);
- Maintains front office coffee bar and orders supplies when needed;
- Aides in setup of Design Centre appointments as needed;
- Assist with Orientation Sessions held for homeowners to provide guidance and support during the initial stages of the design process;
- Coordinates trade partner service calls as required to maintain operation of showroom floor;
- Supports sales in coordinating appointments for browsing;
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
