**SITE ADMINISTRATOR**

**Job Summary**
Z’gamok Construction LP is recruiting for a Site Administrator to join our team. The Site Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to our team and this position will be based on various project sites. The position requires experience and knowledge of data inputting, project administration, and document management.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Complete daily data inputting and submission of reports in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to supervisors and site employees
- Assist in planning and coordinating site activities including meetings and taking minutes as required
- Prepare and maintain various communication and documentation with head office and sites
- Compose computerized forms and reporting documents
- Organize and maintain files and handle all routine correspondence
- Preparation of weekly timesheets from site and delivered to head office
- Document controls and management

**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail and great time management skills
- A valid G class driver’s license with reliable transportation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
