As an Operations/Release Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of deployment Release Engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.

**Following are the technical and planning skills required**:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of releases in cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and reliable software deployments
- Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, optimizing for efficiency and reliability
- Lead the response to incidents impacting production environments
- Implement effective incident resolution processes to minimize downtime
- Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless collaboration in the deployment lifecycle
- Provide regular reports on deployment metrics and incident response
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes and procedures
- Encourage knowledge sharing within the team to enhance operational expertise

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience managing operations teams with a focus on cloud-based deployment
- Strong background in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
- Experience with incident response and resolution in cloud environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure management tools and best practices
