Maple Leaf Drilling is a Canadian owned family business offering premiere drilling services throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.

**Qualifications**:

- this person must have excel experience
- ability to enter data with mínimal or no errors
- customer service skills
- must have own vehicle, as there is no public transportation near our office
- high concentration is a must, this is a loud construction office and you must be able to focus on the task
- having Quickbooks experience is an asset, but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tech-savvy with Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied tasks as required
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Great communication skills and confident personality
- In addition to tracking, this individual will be cross trained on other Admin/Finance related tasks as required.
- Have a valid driver license (as our location is not on a bus route)
- Previous experience in a construction-related industry

or
- Post-secondary certificate in Accounting, Administration, and/or Business
