What does Stratis Success look like for this role?
1: You connect, empower and educate a team of 30, 1 team member at a time and 1 case at a time. You are also striving for the next level of professionalism by empowering and educating yourself.
2. Efficient quoting, high bind rate and empowering clients and/or team with knowledge for all PL transactions.
3. Strong relationship with PL partners

**Must **have the following **before **applying:
- Insurance Broker level 1 license required, prefer Level 2
- knowledge and in depth expereince of PL markets
- 3 years' previous Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
- has had experience inspiring and training a team in PL
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

**Experience**:
- Personal Lines Insurance: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 1 Insurance license or higher? (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC
