**What Are Your Major Objectives?**
The **Associate Account Manager** is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and driving constant, profitable program growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Support Account Managers in the daily management of affiliate programs.
- Identify and recruit high-value partners for client programs, ensuring they become actively engaged and sales-driven.
- Develop targeted affiliate recruitment strategies, including communication materials and newsletters.
- Negotiate partnerships and promotional placements with prospective affiliates to maximize program impact.
- Maintain, monitor, and report recruitment activities using the CRM system.
- Contribute to client-facing presentations, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in affiliate program tasks, including recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and performance reporting, as directed by the Account Team.
**What Key Skills and Experience are Needed?**
- This is an Entry Level position; must have 1+ years of online marketing experience and/or sales/customer service experience.
- A diploma/degree in marketing, communications, sales or a related field.
- Must have experience using the Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A strong, outgoing communicator, both in speaking and in writing.
- Possesses basic sales and negotiation skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Confident in asking questions to gain clarity and improve outcomes.
