We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Receptionist. We are in Markham Ontario. This position is in the office Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30 daily. Reporting to the Office Manager and Operations Manager, you will be directed by the Office Manager. You must be highly organized with 5 years of administrative/customer service experience. You are a multitasker that can be relied upon to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Attention to detail and being highly organized, you must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an asset. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service. You will handle inquiries, manage communications, and coordinate with various departments to create a positive experience for our customers. This role requires a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: $20.86-$21.91 per hour
