**What You’ll Do**
- Support the recruiting process during seasonal hiring periods, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Provide administrative support to the team during tax season, including sending out T1s, saving signed documents, and tracking client correspondence
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events
- Assist with internal and external event planning
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
**What You Bring**
- 1-3 years of administrative and/or recruiting experience (experience in a professional services environment is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with ATS or recruiting tools is an asset
