- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in merchandising products to enhance store displays and promote sales.
- Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Upsell products and services to increase overall sales performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience in retail sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in cashiering, including cash handling and basic math skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
