**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, restocking shelves as necessary.
- Ensures that merchandise is properly attractively displayed
- Communicate product features and benefits to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Is aware of and implements store policies and procedures
- Conforms to the company's dress code and presents an image that is consistent with the company standard
- Is responsible for adherence to all loss prevention and security policies, as well as credit policies and procedures (i.e. credit/debit cards, employee purchases, discounts, deposits, returns/exchanges)
- Contributes to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of our People-First philosophy.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
- Business-minded trendsetter who understands today’s ever-changing fashion landscape.
- Team-oriented and collaborative attitude.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cashiering processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash management.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Business-minded trendsetter who understands today’s ever-changing fashion landscape.

Pay: $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
