**Job Description**:
As an onboarding facilitator, you’ll welcome and guide new employees as they enter the exciting and vibrant world of Ubisoft Montreal. Your enthusiasm for representing the studio's values plus your positive energy will be a big part of what makes you an exceptional facilitator.

Always on the lookout for ways to improve info sessions and eager to share best practices, you’ll combine your creativity and initiative to plan, deliver, and evolve our onboarding program, the Base Camp.

Regularly in contact with team members throughout the Ubi community, you'll be the link between new colleagues and current ones. Thanks to you, every employee joining the studio will warmly be welcomed in a way that goes beyond their expectations.

**What you’ll do**
- Set up **logistic processes **to facilitate the delivery of various onboarding sessions.
- ** Host** and facilitate weekly onboarding sessions in French and English.
- Prepare the material, tech, and logistics to ensure **smooth** onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate the presence and presentations of** guest speakers** + create content to facilitate the flow of information throughout the studio (newsletters, mailing lists, etc.).
- Plan **social and informational events** for groups of new employees throughout the year.
- Respond to** employee inquires **+ handle daily requests.
- Manage onboarding program **documentation**.

**Qualifications**:

- A solid understanding of the video game industry
- A whole lot of adaptability and empathy
- Open-mindedness towards others and technology
- A playful spirit and an outgoing personality
- Keen problem-solving skills + a sense of initiative
- Around 2 years of facilitation experience or other relevant experience
- A degree in Cultural Studies or equivalent
