SUMMARY
Assisting underwriters with servicing files and attaching information. Clerical duties and communication with other departments and with brokers as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following:
- Assist underwriting staff with servicing files & attaching pertinent information to files
- Communicate externally with brokers as required
- Clerical duties, such as filing and pulling files as required
- Preparing Certificates of Insurance
- Editing & formatting of documents using a variety of software & programs
- Reviewing documents for accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
