As a Salesforce/IT System Admin, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively supporting the FoodMesh configuration in Salesforce, enhancing and modifying it while working with the Product & Operations Leads.
- Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure environment to enable the FoodMesh staff to be more effective and efficient at achieving their goals.
What you will do
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing support requests
- System Administration, including users/group management & authentication
- Configuring, enhancing, troubleshooting issues in FoodMesh Salesforce
- Creating custom dashboards, reports, workflows, approval process
- Implement required security policies, provide ongoing security training for staff
- Ensure all office software/tools are functioning properly
- Perform systems & applications upgrades and enhancements (including researching/evaluating new technologies that could add value)
- Install, configure and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment & software
Required skills
- 3+ years experience system administration for Salesforce & IT
- Experience in configuration and custom development
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and able to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness& ability to learn and tenacity to finish what you have started
- Understanding of XML, python, SQL and enterprise application integration is a benefit
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of G Suite from Google Cloud, AWS, AppSheet – an asset
