**Job Title: Counter Service Representative**

**Location**:Stratford, Ontario

**Rate**: $19-22/hour

**Main Purpose of the Job**:
Greet customers at front counter, provide customer service in person and on the phone. Assist customers with fuel, propane and lube purchases and take payments

**Reports to**:Service Manager and Branch Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers at front counter
- Second person to answer phone calls.
- Sell lubes and accept payments
- Assist customers by filling propane cylinders and ensuring safety.
- Assist customers with cardlock issues at fuel pumps.
- Invoicing customers using Powerware.
- Organize and put away orders for lube shop.
- Stock shelves.
- Perform inventory of lubes and equipment.
- May perform some backup to other staff by delivering propane cylinders, lubes and oil drums to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Clear driver’s license check: G license

Multitasking

Good customer service skills

Previous experience working with a computer required.

Forklift licence is beneficial (or willingness to be trained).

Willingness to be trained on: Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification, WHMIS training, Cylinder filling license and Propane Pump Attendant certificate.

**Working Conditions**:
Must be able to sit, stand

Ability to lift 45 lbs.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
