We have an opening on our Hamilton team for a full-time Account Manager.

**Role Description**

As an Account Manager, you will develop and nurture your own client base. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients on both broadcast and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with local businesses, leveraging your creativity, teamwork, and sales expertise to drive their growth and success.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for sales
- Goal oriented
- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Prospecting and Cold Calling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly developed client service focus
- Experience in the media or broadcasting industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Advertising and Marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Responsibilities**
- Manage client accounts by developing strong relationships and understanding their advertising needs.
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts and drive business development initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and maintain communication with existing clients.
- Collaborate with Promotion, Creative and Production teams to create tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
