The Manager on Duty’s responsibility is to manage the restaurant during their shift and to support the team with the day to day tasks as well as participate in larger projects that are delegated to them. They are expected to not only participate in the events and incentives, they support the rest of the managers with the planning, communication, and execution of the events. The manager is a resourceful leader who will motivate and drive the success of the events and incentives.

Their focus while on the floor should be the customer and delivering excellent service and driving revenue opportunities. They will spend time building customer relationships and repairing customer trust by handling any service issues and interactions with empathy, friendliness, speed, and professionalism. Leading by example, the Manager on Duty will lead superior service delivery and ensure that care and consideration is given to each customer.

**What you will do**:
- Open the restaurant for business- Manage the floor and lead the team- Participate and support events and incentives- Close the restaurant- Assist with recruitment- Attend weekly team meetings- Perform administrative duties- Manage employees performance- Train new employees- Deliver exceptional customer service- Drive revenue and motivate staff

**What you bring to the role**:
- 2-4 years of experience as a bartender or server- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role- Available days, nights, weekends, holidays- Exceptional customer service skills- Team player- Leadership- Great communication skills- Experience with Silverware and 7Shifts an asset- Be legal age to serve alcohol- Smart Serve Certification
