Sr. Business Analyst / Scrum Master (Cybersecurity) Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires a Senior Business Analyst to work on various security projects. The work will include tracking of Capital projects as they pertain to physical security system installations from CPA to system UAT. Development of contracts (SOWs) and RFPs as it pertains to physical security in consultation with the various project teams. Coordination of security vendors and site escorts; Processing of payments to vendors; Requests for service from the Technology division in support of our physical security systems. Development of physical security guidelines and directives as it pertains to security installations and scope of work. Work is hybrid, part of work will be onsite in Regina, SK. Regina, Saskatchewan (Hybrid) Mandatory Requirements Mandatory Requirements Include: University Degree Scrum master certification A minimum of ten (10) years experience on large and complex initiatives in the Information Technology (IT) and electricity industry Strong planning, verbal and written communication, and analytical skills combined with the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management skills, requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills. Experience working on Cybersecurity projects. General Requirements Include: Working knowledge of PM best practices Ability to understand complex processes and complex business rules. Ability to translate technical processes into business language. Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design. Proven testing skills and techniques Proven documentation skills Proven communication and facilitation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with SDLC best practices. Able to function within a high level of activity (working with deadlines on several concurrent initiatives). Experience writing and maintaining test strategies and test plans. Experience creating and prioritizing test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage. Experience creating/identifying/reviewing and executing manual test scripts. Experience logging defects and enhancements. Procurement Document Experience Desirable Requirements Experience working within IT (i.e. Excel, Resolver Core) and specifically security equipment and software (i.e. Genetec) is preferred.
