We continuously push the boundaries in lightweight, high-performance composites used in industries such as aerospace, marine, automotive, renewable energy and a variety of other industrial sectors.
**What You’ll Do**
- Sales (60%)_
- Identify, engage, and convert new B2B customers across key industries (automotive, aerospace, sporting goods, etc.)
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and close high-value deals ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to represent the brand
- Work with leadership on pricing strategy, client proposals
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to meet and exceed client needs
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Marketing (40%)_
- Build and execute a marketing strategy that supports sales goals
- Coordinate content development: case studies, blogs, product sheets, etc.
- Continuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape within composites industry
**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing (manufacturing or tech preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting relationships
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Organized, motivated and capable of working independently to deliver results
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts

**How to Apply**
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
