The Appliance Repair Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service while servicing a wide range of major household appliances. This position involves diagnosing and repairing a broad spectrum of appliances. As key representatives of our company, technicians are expected to uphold the highest level of professionalism to maintain our strong reputation among our diverse clientele, including large property management companies, warranty service providers, and owners of high-end appliances. Our technicians are not limited to one brand but instead boast a versatile skill set that enables them to address issues across all major appliance brands. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Travel offsite to customer’s residences to perform maintenance and repair household appliances to ensure top product performance
- Minimum 2 years’ experience repairing major appliances (Dryer’s, Washers Dishwasher, Oven’s and Microwave’s )
- Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of sophisticated household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers, including those from large warranty companies and property management sectors, with guidance on appliance maintenance and use, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Must have a full, valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
